This is LBW Machine
- The shop is located roughly 3 miles north of I-10 and we are currently open for business. We provide manual machine work by either fabrication or repair. We specialize in prototypes, replacement parts, and rotating equipment parts. Any material aluminum - plastics - SS - 4140 HT. Sizes within .0005 tolerance. "O" rings fits and polished BRG fits available. Obsolete and odd-ball parts as per sample.
- Rough and/or finished shafts 54" L center to center, drilled and tapped if needed. Long shafts (10'max) up to 3" diameter. Parts as per drawing. Reclaim BRG housings. Fabricate base plates with out without threads. Valve stem nuts with keyways. AMME threads available. External keyway cutting and long slots. Some splines. Bore and keyway couplings. Remove and repair wear rings, bushings, labyrinth seals. Drill press capabilities up to 3" diameter holes. Specialty nuts and bolts on demand.
- The shop also serves the pipeline industry. We will and tap flanges up to 2" NPT. Make taper alignment pins from 1/2" - 3" +. Double end or single end taper with flat. Bore pipe coupling valves, "T's" , 90's, etc - for socket weld.
- Pins and bushings for heavy equipment. Boss fits as well. But no welding done here. Options are quickly available. All pins are 4140 HT / B-7 stud grade material, unless otherwise requested. Any material purchased can show certification as needed. Field measuring available. Fan shafts, pulleys, sheave repair, spacers for sheaves, valve blocks, specialty bolts. Brass shims and bushings are all 9-C Marine Bronze.
